Farewell Alaska!

We are excited to see the world yet sad to leave Alaska, the great land!  Summer 2013 went down in the record books as one of the warmest, finest ever.

Leg 1: Craig Alaska to San Francisco!


S/V PRIVATEER sailed under the Golden Gate on September 17, 2013 under heavy gale conditions, 40-50 knots!  We have successfully completed our first World Voyage leg!  Craig Alaska to San Francisco, 1,200 Nautical Miles on the great circle route.  The passage took only 9 days and 9 hours!
